- Measure a favorite fitting T-shirt one inch below the armpits while it lays flat on a table. Use a measuring tape or a yard stick.
- Go to the column titled "Flat Chest Measure of Shirt".
- Find the closest to your shirt's measurement, and choose that size.
Small measures 21 inches, 42 inches around, fits a man's chest of 38" (room to move) to 42" (skin tight).
Medium measures 22 inches, 44 inches around, fits a man's chest of 40" (room to move) to 44" (skin tight).
Large measures 23 inches, 46 inches around, fits a man's chest of 42" (room to move) to 46" (skin tight).
XLarge measures 24 inches, 48 inches around, fits a man's chest of 44" (room to move) to 48" (skin tight).
