Order Processing
- Order Cutoff times are 5PM CST Mon-Friday
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and supplier rates.
- Most items arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on the supplier's location and chosen carrier.
- Larger or heavier items may take longer due to specialized shipping requirements.
Supplier Fulfillment
- Vital Gear LLC partners with US based suppliers to fulfill all orders.
- As we partner with multiple suppliers, items in your order may ship separately.
- Shipping times and carriers may vary by product and supplier location.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@myvitalgear.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the supplier to provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
